As part of the Escape from Lion's Arch/Battle for Lion's Arch release (marking the end of the first Living World season for Guild Wars 2), I was approached to write a series of in-game news reports documenting the fierce battle players would take part in during the release. These reports, which covered the bravery of a group of soldiers volunteering for a hopeless mission, were serialized and released over Guild Wars 2-branded social media.
